What Cue2Leave stores

Cue2Leave uses an anonymous account shared by your devices. The service stores your saved routes, line exclusions, Live Activity schedules, departure-time preference, subscription status, and the device and Live Activity delivery records needed to operate the service. Sentry receives crash, performance, and bounded diagnostic information so Cue2Leave can detect and repair failures.

What Cue2Leave does not collect

Cue2Leave does not collect your name, email address, phone number, sign-in identity, Apple Account, precise location, or advertising identifier. It does not learn whether you were at a stop, boarded a train, or made a trip. Location stays on your device. Cue2Leave does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and does not use your data for advertising.

Retention

Saved routes and schedules remain while your anonymous account exists. Session, delivery, and account-linked operational history is retained for up to 14 days. Departure projections and real-time feed data are replaceable cache. Longer-lived product metrics contain no account, device, schedule, stop, line, or time-window identifier.

Deletion

You can choose Delete my account and data in Cue2Leave Settings. Deletion immediately and irreversibly removes the account, saved routes, schedules, sessions, and delivery history and ends Live Activities on all of your devices. Deleting your Cue2Leave account does not cancel App Store billing.
